They did not clean my truck well. Lack of vacuuming to where it seemed like they did nothing at all. Need to clean the interior better.

I just want the brake dust to be cleaned better out of the rims and also the windows cleaned better on the inside of vehicle. A lot of smears on the glass inside the front and back.

This place is absolutely horrible idk why I came back here for a second time giving these people a chance. Charged my card $300 for a $29 transaction! Manager said it will be refunded right away. When the young girl with scars on her face black and light blonde hair said it takes 4-5 business days!! I asked if the manager was coming because I needed immediate resolution and the associate was very unprofessional and not sympathetic at all! Repeatedly stating it's a mistake, not apologizing at all and getting upset at me, when I'm the customer who is at a loss of $300. I gave this place a second chance and this will now be my last visit unfortunately! I pray they work on a better customer service team, because the ones in place is not it.

It’s so expensive like I wanted to try here because my friends told the place I was going to was expensive I come here it’s 20% more of what I originally pay never gain would I come back I payed it cuz I didn’t want to make a big deal. But would just check because they always want to add more and more to your price. No thank you

This place feels like a scam. They charge $5 for every little service, which adds up to about $45 just for one vacuum and $5 for each mat. They often don't vacuum well, and their customer service is very rude. They seem to manipulate prices to overcharge you.

I payed for a full service. But they did not do a great job at it. They seemed like they were rushing through it and I overheard one the workers saying how it wasn’t properly cleaned but the others just shrug their shoulder.

Took my car for an oil change and next thing I know my car is been towed out my home because engine light turn on due to oil been water yeah I went to speak to manager rude dude left me talking alone while he walked away and the cashier wanna be blonde been to worry about how she looking other then to taking care of their customers

Don’t bring ur car here, I used to get oil change until after changing the oil my car turn on the oil light and saying that I need a oil change turn out they didn’t fill out, I have to go yo another place to get more oil, a couple miles later I took my car to a different place to change the oil and the screw was totally damaged almost impossible to remove I have to take my car to the dealer and they say that I would get charged $179 per hour to removed cuz it could damage the oil pan, luckily they removed but all of this could have been avoided by avoiding this unprofessional place…

Went here for an oil change and they destroyed my engine and refuse to give me any information on any corporate office to call to file complaints. The manager "Louie" is completely unprofessional and dismissive of everything you say to him he has no business being a manager anywhere. Never go here they're a shady business who doesn't care about their customers.
