I’ve been living in East Hartford my whole life and have been to Town Fair Tire more times than I can count.
Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Eric, the manager, and I can’t say enough about the great service I received.
I bought a used truck from Full Throttle Power Sports in East Windsor, and they kindly sent me to Town Fair Tire for a free alignment.
When I got there, I met Eric, and right away I could tell he was a top-notch manager.
He knew people from the community and even mentioned Adam, one of the owners of Full Throttle.
Eric is great with people, and we had some good conversations at the desk…
The service was quick, and I was in and out in no time..
A few days later, I decided to upgrade my tires since I moved up to the hills and wanted something with more tread.
Once again, Eric gave me a great price match on some new wheels, and the service was just as fast and smooth as before.
Overall, I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had at Town Fair Tire, thanks to Eric’s excellent management and his team.

Eric was very helpful and quick in helping me pick the best option for me. I had to change my tires and he showed me different pricing and what was more convenient for me. I ended up changing all 4. It was very quick in about an hour they were finished and even called me to pick it up.
