Larry, the service manager at Tolland Automotive is a liar the first time I took my truck there they never put Freon in the air conditioning system when I inquired, they said their air-conditioning machine was out being serviced I inquired about this more than once the second time I brought my truck there they quoted a price to replace the starter which was the cost of a remanufactured starter which he failed to tell me originally then when I went to get my vehicle. Larry said he couldn't buy the parts for what other service representative quoted me and charged me more so I inquired at Napa and the price he charge me was for a new starter, but put a remanufactured one in my vehicle. not but a few starts later. The truck was sent back.to toland auto for not starting and I was told it was the power control module not allowing the truck to start. most likely the starter was not the problem originally They did more work when I went to pick the truck up there was another problem it wouldn't get out of their parking lot and I was told the transmission control module failed but when I parked the vehicle before having them work on it, it drove fine. I ended up towing the truck out of their shop a horrible and costly experience with extremely dishonest human beings it's like taking your car to your inexperienced and incompetent cousin I don't think they're even certified mechanics

It’s an okay shop but DO NOT leave your vehicle unlocked at their facility. Someone stole my toolbox with over $1000. worth of tools. They claim to have cameras but supposedly didn’t see anything on cameras. Stay away.

Been a customer of Tolland Auto for YEARS and never have any complaints, the mechanics there even went to the extra effort of MAKING a part for my mom's older vehicle. How awesome is that?! And they never charge an arm and a leg, always affordable and have a fantastic staff. I will always continue to service my vehicles with Tolland Auto.

We use them for towing of vehicles at our condo complex. They are very timely and helpful. Would recommend highly.

This towing company act like thugs they think they can control your property and overcharge you for storages I believe they're also racist tolland towing needs to get investigated by the Better Business Bureau. I will never do business again with this Towing Company. This business should get shut down..

Cash only??? In 2023??? Sounds like a scam to me. They charged me $525 to tow from Glastonbury to Bloomfield. They arent up front about being cash only then threaten to take ur vehicle to their shop if you dont have cash. The guy said its a state law cash only. This is a scamming place. No way thats true. If this isn’t true then FIRE BRIAN bc hes scamming your customers. Wouldve had someone eise tow if i knew it was cash only. Went from 335 to 522 because he waited for me to get cash and they charged while he waited. Then had to go back to the ATM bc he raised the price over $200. They deal in the business of stress and take advantage of you. I urge you to have someone else tow your vehicles.

05/08/2022 CVS Parking Lot 241 Middle Trpk West Manchester, CT about 09:10 hours.Who ever the Tolland Automotive driver was driving the flat bed truck should be terminated immediately! Screaming and swearing at my wife because she is in her lane to leave and he cannot fit the truck in the tight parking lot. There is no need for this! Until they can address their drivers to try and be professional, do not do business with them!Awesome Mother's day, thanks.

Refused to come and tow a car illegally parked in my spot when they earlier told.me they were on the way, I called to follow-up they said they had no trucks available, I asked if they were coming later or not at all the driver barked "I don't know!" I asked when I should follow up (you wanting to know if they'd eventually get to it or if I needed to make another request after a certain time, a perfectly fair question) and he gave me attitude and barked NOT to call them back.RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!

This prioritizing system certainly helps me keep my truck running very well, without blowing my budget. To anyone that has a vehicle that is a truck. I would absolutely Say this is the place to go for some top-notch work.
