Worst customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. I called about my debit card and credit card because they completely stopped working. The representative Shy picked up, and I was explaining my issues before she abruptly hung up the phone call. I called back over ten times throughout the day and no answer. Finally I called using my sister’s phone and Shy answers tells me it’s “mad busy” which why she has been ignoring my calls. Then hangs up again.

This bank is by far one of the worst banks. Do not open an account with td bank. My account was hacked multiple times and nothing was done so I closed my account. My girlfriend still has an account with them and 3 times allready within the past 2 months her account was hacked to and she keeps having to go in and get a new debit card. This is unexceptable coming from a well known bank

The ATM is down a significant amount of times. It is really inconvenient and unacceptable. TD Bank corporation, you have to be better.

went and withdrew money using my debt card from inside the bank on Monday I left my card in the machine not realizing what I had done. Wednesday went back to the bank canceling the card on Tuesday to get a new card come to find out they had the card. Nobody had the decency or smarts to contact me and let me know they had the card. They had my correct cell number and nobody bother to call me ,unacceptable done with that branch and maybe the bank it's self. The most convenience Bank my foot!

So let tell you how TD Bank is quite frankly the worst bank. Do not use their Bill pay. They will pay the wrong vendor and swear that it was not their problem. However your put an account number on the payee and they pay some other payee. The thirid party Partner Care and they want me to resolve the issue. Now they put me to another number on hold 1 hour.

I have been a TD Bank Customer for years, but it is time for a new bank. This bank is not only becoming Your Worst Nightmare instead of the Most Convenient Bank. I have never used a bank that makes you resign up for wire service every two months. And you have to go to the branch, talk about inconvenient.

I do not like this bank. It use to offer longer hours not it does not! It use to offer have no additional charges to use other ATMs, not it does not! This things that attracted me to the bank are no longer there so why should I stay? Guess what, I am not!

I went in today to speak with someone about an issue and Amrita Ahluwalia helped me. She was so patient, kind, and helpful. She ended up helping me out with more than I even came in for and I felt comfortable talking to her. I've always gone to the Glastonbury TD Bank but the kind, helpful customer service I received today with Amrita was much more than I've ever experienced at any other TD bank. 10/10 will always just go there.
