The branch seems to fluctuate going up and down on customer service. When short staff wait time is forever, during COVID there were days they weren't even open. When they have enough staff transactions run smoothly. I'm more likely to go to the main branch in Glastonbury. This branch is a C+

The ATM is down a significant amount of times. It is really inconvenient and unacceptable. TD Bank corporation, you have to be better.
