I'm very satisfied with the work and service that Chuck and his crew gave to my car. All the work was explained to me in layman's language, and they were efficient and professional. I'll be returning to this shop, RECOMMENDED D. Schwartz

If you love your car, never go to these guys. Place is full of shady characters and bad mechanics. They have a history of ruining customer's cars.

Great place to have work done on your vehicles. Honest, fair, courteous and professional. I like to do a lot of my own vehicle maintenance but when I need something done, Chuck's is first on my list. Integrity is everything to me and Chuck's has always been exemplary in that regard. It is hard to find a reputable automotive service station today, but Chuck's has that old school honest appeal along with modern technical methods.

I had some collision work done at Woodland Auto Body. See that write-up. Was as good as it gets. I let Chris at Woodland know that I needed some major maintenance (timing belt, hoses, seals, water pump, etc.). He sent me to Chuck, and I'm glad he did. For just a little more than the cost of the timing belt replacement and related work at the dealer, Chuck did not just that but bled my brakes (at my request), replaced the front pads (he said they were completely worn, and I believe him, they had about 50,000 miles on them), replaced the radiator (I told him I was loosing coolant, and he said the pressure test showed it was the radiator) and put in new plugs. Even though there was no need to remove the radiator for the timing belt, he didn't charge me any labor for that, and his charge to bleed the brakes and replace the pads was about half what another shop charged to do the brakes on my wife's car. All of that, and the car was ready when he said it would be. Perhaps my "in" at Woodland got me special treatment, but I don't think so. I was waiting about 20 minutes for an Uber ride home and got to watch/hear Chuck interact with several customers. It was obvious that he treated everyone extremely well. He was even willing to have the customer supply a hard to find brake caliper, though he had already located one. That's unusual in my experience. I also got to observe Chuck interact with a few of his mechanics, and he struck me as a great guy to work for. He had advice when needed and gave instructions in a direct, but low-key manner In short, Chuck was honest, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, and his charges were very reasonable. I suspect you could do much worse than have Chuck handle your car repair needs. I know that I have.

Very honest and friendly people. Work was done on time and the price I paid was actually less then the quote. This is now my spot where I get my car fixed, very happy here!!
