For the past few years every time I walk in I’m immediately hit by the pungent smell of fish. This is clearly NOT normal seeing as how this is not an issue at any other grocery store I go to, and not at their Manchester location. Besides that I’ve stopped coming here because of how rude ALL of the staff are. Somehow it’s always teenagers gossiping and on their phones while ignoring customers blatantly in their faces. None of the self checkout registers have bags so you need to flag down an employee seeing as how in the evenings the self checkout staff member is never where they should be. The guy who’s usually there during the day doesn’t understand social cues and won’t stop trying to have conversations with me every time I come in, even when I ignore him and I’ve noticed he only does this with women. Also why is it that CVS, Whole Foods, and even Aldi have bags at their self checkout, is ShopRite really that desperate about not missing out on a 10 cent bag? The produce is regularly lacking, if you go after 5 plenty of displays are either empty or filled with the “unwanted” produce that has cuts and bruises. At this point I only come here maybe 2-3 times a year and that’s ONLY if I absolutely have to. I’d much rather spend more money and drive further to Whole Foods, trader Joe’s or any other grocery store than have to come to this one. It’s very sad how this company operates and very obvious seeing as how almost their entire store is filled with teenage staff, probably because they don’t have many other options. Their customer service has a LONG ways to go, especially for their female manager with the bob, who once refused to put MY groceries down after I asked her multiple times to let me bag them myself because some of them were for my mother. Even the cashier looked scared when I looked at them because I was so confused as to why a MANAGER wouldn’t leave a customer alone or listen to them. But then again you do what you’re taught, and that’s clearly displayed at this location.

Customer service here is literally the worst. Can barely get and answer by phone call. Just terrible..

Poorly stocked, Visited there yesterday around 5 pm. No fresh produce to be found. The whole section of the store smelled like rotting fish. Overpriced. They did not want to honor the digital coupon for Poland spring cases.

Just left and had an unpleasant experience with a very rude cashier and witnessed another customer experience very poor customer service trying to return a product at the customer service desk. I’m tired of giving money to people who, in return give my grief and attitude! I won’t be back! Thank you

Be prepared to spend an hour at deli to have your order filled. Also, be careful and bag your own groceries if you want all your groceries to make it home with you.

I find it to be very convenient of course I live nearby. But also their quality in the meats are much better than stop & shop which is also near me. I find I save money shopping there. Even with stop & shops gas points. But my big question is what happened to Quisp cereal. I ask y'all please to bring it back I know that you can barely keep it on the shelf everybody from the '60s and '70s want it. Please explain why. If I have to I guess I will have to get it online which sucks.

The produce is not great here. At least it wasn't today. They do have some decent selections of dairy-free gelato, which is nice.

Surprised no one here mentions the family of live birds thriving in the store. Hey at least you know the food is fresh if they've made it this long.

I came in for an interview at 10 30. Employees were bullying and pushing around the specially abled employees verbally. The help desk was rude and in a hurry. The manager was 10 minutes late to the interview and kept asking the same questions in a belittling and rude manner as if to employ some sort of control drama when this all could have been a polite swift and direct experience.Please do not waste people's time and money by feeding the interviewers ego like this.

did a curbside pickup order because I was short on time. they had fewer than one third of the items I requested, two of those were the wrong thing and I was charged for something I didn't order or receive. and even though they have pickup until 7pm everyone in that department goes home at 6, and the store manager can't do anything to help, though he did what he could. So I ended up having to shop myself to find the two correct items, didn't get many of the items I asked for, was charged for something I would never order and it wasn't in my bag, and got charged a fee for the "convenience". so much for saving time. I will be calling, I'll see if they rectify the issue and will update if they do better.

Cashier spills my soup all over the place and then tells me I didnt put the lid on right it was almost a quart of soup with a paper lid DON'T PICK IT UP BY THE LID then berates me tells me not to get loud what else did I do wrong everybody's wrong but her how about I'm sorry how about excepting some responsibility you just spilled my lunch zero stars because after shopping thats what I walked out of there with zero hours later I get the standard response from the owner everybody gets the same response they just change the name of the complaint
