I’ve been going to see Kim at Pro Nails for years. Love this shop!! All the ladies are fun, knowledgeable and quick to please! The shop is always clean and they make sure everything is sanitized. The only downside is some appointments can be too long as Kim does not like to turn anyone away (walk-ins) I hope she’ll get better about that though.

Great experience she took her time with my mani-pedi. I didn't break out like I normally do when I go to these places. The shop is nice and clean. This will be my new nail shop.

Just got a gel polish change here yesterday... tools were dirty, and they didn't let me see all the color options. Should've just left, but when she was done the color was nice but the gel polish was sooo sloppy, bubbly, and unprofessional looking. When I pointed it out, all she did was file the nails too short, which made it worse.... now less than 24 hours later the gel is already peeling up. I called right away to schedule a time to fix it. The woman told me I had to come right now, but I was at work and couldn't leave early. I explained this to her and tried to schedule any time for tomorrow or even the next day, trying to be flexible, but she said no.
There are many other, much better nail salons. I suggest going to one of those instead.

I always go to Kim. She’s the only person I trust with my nails. She always makes sure everything is neat and pays attention to detail. Even if it’s your first time entering the shop, Kim will always make sure you feel welcomed!

Been coming here for years, since I was 14!! Kim is the absolute sweetest and best at making your nails look beautiful. These ladies are so good at making customers feel comfortable. I've always gotten gel manicures and acrylic sets and fills, never anything done on my feet but I bet they're just as good !

Just picked my daughter up from getting her nails done and they are the worst nails I’ve seen ever. We are new to the area and for sure will travel back to our old salon and never come here again. Basically $60 wasted and a upset kid. Bulky and misshaped nails if I could give 0 stars I would
