A+ Treated my family beyond well. I truly felt they weren't above and beyond other shops for a cheaper price. Can you believe they gave us a rental for a day. My vehicle is a 2008. It's not like I bought a new car from them. They really treated us good. Yes of course I had a repair bill but who else would say Hey just use our car for free.

Amazing customer service !! Chris did an amazing job with our cars. Pretty much gave us 2 new cars. My husband blew his transmission and engine and after the job was done it was as if my husband bought a new car. My Hyundai 2020 Santa Fe a/c system broke and stopped working along with other complications and after the job was completed it even works now better than it did !! For ever thank full

Paul's upgraded my '95 F150 A/C system from R12 to R134. The work was done well and done the same day. The price was reasonable, a good experience from start to finish. I'll certainly recommend Paul's for anyone needing A/C repairs.

Loved everything, EXCEPT one thing (which I’ll get to at the end).
This has to be the best customer service I have ever received, not only in auto shops, but any business. Because of my work hours, most of my interactions were over the phone. Every time I called in, whether it was Lou or Sandra answering, they were both very informative, very friendly, very patient.
The shop diagnosed the problem the same day I dropped it off and also recommended various maintenance services, which made sense with the odometer nearing 100k miles. Once I decided to go through with all the quoted work, they provided a loaner vehicle while the vehicle was being worked on.
Within an hour of picking up the loaner, they informed the vehicle was complete and ready for pick up. Extremely fast service!
Unfortunately I wasn’t around to pick up the vehicle so I picked it up the following day early morning before the shop opened using their drop box service. Very smooth very easy, and was able to return the loaner through the same drop box. Drove my car off and it was running brand new, couldn’t believe it. Haha. Very satisfied with the work, the customer service; great experience all around
Now, the only down side was the cost of labor. That bumped up my total cost more than I would’ve liked, but they do have several financing options, which are very smooth and easy to set up as well. Despite this down side, I still rate it a 5/5 bc of all of the other positives AND because I’d honestly still likely bring my vehicle here for future repairs despite the cost. I’ve had bad experiences with other auto shops in the past that I’d rather bring my car to a reliable honest place like this once I find it. Thanks again guys for a great job and getting it done so soon! Much appreciated

INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!! This business is the holy grail of auto shops and every auto shop needs to learn a thing or two from the employees and the owner!! From the first call to walking out the door a couple days later with my car fixed was so smooth. Customer service was 100%. So informative through the whole process, so caring about not just the vehicle but their customers and spreading so much knowledge!! I’m a girl and as a female it is not easy finding shops that I trust. Shoot just as a person. But this place right here is where everyone should go! I could not say enough amazing things about this place! The gentleman at the front named Alex I believe was so amazing and understanding and really listened and kept me so informed I absolutely love this place! You’ve got yourself a loyal customer but hopefully I won’t be back unless it’s a new whip getting checked! Lol! I hope they stay for a long while and the service never changes. Thankyou so so much to this entire crew! You guys are all so amazing

Paul's Auto Repair is the only place I will take my Audi A3. Everyone who works here is friendly, considerate and they genuinely care about fixing your vehicle right and pleasing their customers. After having them do several repairs in January, my car overheated on Thursday, gushing antifreeze. Not only did they reassure me not to worry about engine damage but they also got it right in and repaired. I am so thankful to Paul's for the level of compassion and professionalism they have shown me! We will take all of our vehicles to them now and in the future.

Just wanted to leave a quick 5 star review for Paul’s. I called them last second to see if they could install a wiring harness for the hitch on my Mazda CX-5 They were able to squeeze me in and get it done at an affordable price. Would recommend them to everyone. Staff super friendly and knowledgeable
