For only $12 you can come in on Sunday morning or Wednesday night and try something new. Calm your mind, meet kind people, leave happier than when you came in. Learn about yourself and how your mind works. Find a direction or purpose for your life. You can also join us online, but meeting people to meditate with and talk to is a great way to start. No commitment, just a new way to be.

This is such a great place, the people are very loving and caring, the teachers are great (qualified), and you feel a real connection with others. The teachings are based on developing happy states of mind through focusing on love, compassion and wisdom. I encourage everyone to stop by and check out a class. You will learn the basics of meditation and meet positive, like minded people. We are so lucky!

Meditation at Odiyana is one of the most important things that I look forward in the week.
