Arrived at East Hartford location to return an air filter upon finding it elsewhere for almost half the price and OEM instead of Napa brand. The nice gentlemen helping me was having trouble with the return since I purchased at the south Windsor location. When the gentlemen helping me asked a coworkers (LESTER) how to do the return he very rudely said “we’re not doing that, I’m not going to mess up my sales because the customer bought the wrong part. But ask Tim cause I’m not even the manager” without thinking I heard him. Hesitant the gentlemen told me to go to the location in which I bought it. Which I have no problem with but was closer to this one. Will not be coming back to this location. Left with my blood boiling as opposed to making a scene. Lester is ever business worst nightmare to have as an employee and I hope he has a speaking to about his customer service. Not to mention him going on his personal phone in front of a customer. This happened on 12/31/21 at 1:35pm if corporate wants to check cameras.

I came to Napa needing new headlight bulb and Lester was very respectful and helpful He wasn’t able to change the bulb due to it being against company policy but was nice enough to let me know of a shop in the area I’m sure any remarks about him being rude are false as I can’t see that possible I will always come back here and ask for LESTER
