“I recently visited the Berlin location. I have only been here a few times, as I don't have a lot of dry clean only items, but as always, the service was great. “Battiston's was recommended to do cleaning of clothing, linens, blankets, and other items by Ercolano. Both have been doing work at my home since a fire occurred in my garage on 6/30/24. I highly recommend Battiston's, they have been very easy to work with. Things that I needed back quickly I got back the next day, as promised, and the rest of my items came back in a reasonable amount of time. Everything came back without any aroma at all. Which is prefect! Exactly what I was hoping for. Kevin Hale was easy to communicate with. He kept me informed of when delivery and pick ups would take place. If I called him or text him he was always available to answer my questions. It made going through this while process a lot easier. Caleb, who assisted with deliveries was very polite and professional. Everything came returned, tagged according to which room they took the items from. Awesome! I appreciate everything and will recommend you to everyone.”

But based on time I called that option was not available.They are a good option for cleaners and laundry services. “First time and will return! Had one suit and another jacket dry cleaned for total $34.56, tax included.
Other places were asking more. It’s clean, fast (ready next day) and nice job done. The gentleman who received my clothes were friendly and helpful answering my questions.
I asked him what kind of cleaner they used. He told me they don’t use “perchloroethylene” (also called perc), which is a chemical solvent commonly used in traditional dry cleaning. They use hydro carbon instead ✅
When I picked up the clothes , I pointed to Lili a hemming job on the pants that I did myself that wasn’t quite right. It was glued on but has an ugly fold because I misjudged. I was a little apprehensive when she tore it open but rightly away she re-press that fold, making it nearly perfect. And no, she didn’t charge me of course for this little kind service but gave me a big smile when I thanked her.
