I can’t say it enough how happy my client was with the speedy turn around and ability to handle last minute issues. If you’re looking for service and dependability this is the place.”

“I've worked with WF Advisors for more than 15 years, and always had a positive experience. Very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and concerns. I've moved several times for job changes and haven't felt the need to change to another firm. Growth within my portfolio is a direct result of the great advise I have been given.”

11 S Main St, West Hartford“Initially, I had opened up my Schwab investor checking account because I was traveling outside of the states. The trips and withdrawals from ATMs were seamless and the fees were refunded to me. Even the $5 fee from JFK's international airport terminal where I made a withdrawal in euros as I was concerned that the card may not work in Europe. It did work, I withdrew cash in France and in the Azores, the fees were refunded. Having had a positive experience I opened a brokerage account with them and purchased some no fee EFTs from their select list, and later their mutual funds. I then started researching and educating myself and downloaded their Streetsmart Edge application on my computer and their app for my phone. They have webcasts twice a week on the current market conditions, as well as classes on their trading tools, Recognia. Which has really opened my eyes to learn some technical analysis. I've only purchased 10 shares of one stock thus far, but that's going well. The $8.95 trading fee is high, as you could download other apps to do free trades. Having received phone calls from Schawb to talk about my experience and offering assistance, has been quite helpful. I have yet to sit down with anyone but I hope to in the future. I've visited the office in East Hartford, my only complaint is that I have to pay a quarter for parking. lol ;) The lady at the front desk was smiling, social, happy, used my name, and marked my deposit as a roll over from an old IRA to a new Schwab account. Which I moved from a large mutual fund company that I had been with since the 1990s. They seem to be seamless, embrace technology, provide fantastic customer service, and do their best to educate the customer. I've recently applied for and was approved for their Amex Investor Card and I look forward to the same positive experience I have had with their other products and with the company. I'm sold on Schwab.”
“Bill has been doing my personal and business taxes for many years. He has decades worth of experience. I know I have someone who keeps up with the many tax changes that occur year to year. I'm very confident with his level of knowledge and would highly recommend.”

“Background info which might help you understand this five star review: 1. I actually DID chose to bank with Wells Fargo, I've had an account for the last three or four years, and have never had any problems with their policies 2. I've just moved from Southern California to Massachusetts. 3. THIS branch suddenly became my closest bank branch Since we live in the digital age, and I virtually never go to the bank, I figured my spouse and I could keep our Wells Fargo accounts with no problem. Then we went to buy a car, and we needed to transfer a four-figure chunk of change to a local auto broker. We hit a massive, seemingly insurmountable wall. Because of all those Nigerian princes scamming people out of their money, you pretty much can't do a simple, same-day type transfer of funds directly from you to someone else, unless its for a very trivial amount of money. In order to protect you from yourself, banks and Western Union make you set up complex accounts, fill out tons of paperwork, and wait a long time. The car we selected had multiple people interested in buying it, so we needed to be able to free up the money quickly... so we needed to go into the bank and get a cashier's check, as if it is still 1983. We grudgingly got back into the car, and drove the 2.5 hours to the nearest Wells Fargo. Mind you, we'd been in Mass for about five days at this point, after our ten day drive from California. We like the car, and hanging out together, but we were not excited. Luckily, the staff at this branch was incredibly nice to us, and helped us clear out our two checking accounts as well as our three savings accounts. This was a lot of transactions of various types for them, as I'm sure you can imagine, and it's definitely not the most interesting way to spend an afternoon in Connecticut, but it had to be done, and they made it a breeze. I can only hope our new bank, Citizens, takes as good of care of us as Wells Fargo did. They didn't give me a stuffed pony when I opened my account, so I don't think it'll be as good an experience as WF was! ;-)”
