Working with Laurie O’Neil is truly a pleasure. Her knowledge of QuickBooks, and the training she provided me was incredibly valuable. Initially our meetings were for some general QuickBooks training, and then she was able to come in and help us during a major company change. Its hard wrapping your head around a business owner who feels this way about their clients... A clients emergency is not my emergency. If a client calls in I tell people I book a week out otherwise people think I sit around and wait for their call.--- Laurie O'Neil She is rude,condescending and unstable.
