As always, fantastic service for my Porsche from Josh and the Hoffman service team despite the challenges of the huge makeover the facility is going thru they managed to ensure that my drop off and loaner as well as pick up was both well communicated and executed to perfection. Great experience as always! Mr. Hadad set me up in an office so I could work while I waited. The waiting area is comfortable with gourmet coffee and an associate brought around donuts wishing us all happy holidays. My car was cleaned and ready in a reasonable amount of time. Junior was very pleasant setting up my appointment over the phone and greeting me when I arrived. He was able to take care of my maintenance and all questions I had on my new purchase. Ethan was very friendly and also a big help getting me the info needed for the extra work that I requested.
