I LEFT CRYING ! This service department serviced my vehicle and when my vehicle was picked up. The entertainment radio screen was completely blacked out. I did not bring my car in like this !!! I then contacted the service department and spoke to the manager Andy who met me with complete frustration and told me to take my car somewhere else. I then escalated the situation to his supervisor Sam Pines, who then told me that this was going to be my $1400 responsibility. I did not expect this horrible customer service. I need help! Please be careful of this place! They will break your car not fix it!

Purchasing a new vehicle can be a stressful and complicated procedure, made even more difficult because of cost negotiations. I bought a new Ford Mustang GT from Hoffman Ford/Lincoln on August 21, 2024. The salesperson I worked with was Jim Fappiano. Jim was professional, knowledgeable, and absolutely GREAT to deal with. There were some legal issues that needed attention, and Jim dotted every i and crossed every t…..and then delivered my new car to my home on August 23. Thanks Jim…appreciate all you did. And to anyone reading this, ask for Jim if you’re buying at this business!

I purchased a CPO vehicle from Hoffman Ford last week and the experience was terrific. My sales person, Younes Zhar, was an all star - knowledgable and diligent. Importantly, he never attempted any high pressure sales tactics, but instead listened carefully and was responsive. Younes's competent professionalism made the purchase fast, smooth and enjoyable. Each of the other folks with whom I came into contact at Hoffman Auto Group were similarly accommodating. Bravo team!
