“Large gym with a lot of cardio machines which is what id imagine a lot of the members here use it for. Treadmills and ellipticals are a mainstay, with various other sections for machines and free weights. The one thing that is upsetting is that it is not a full 24 hour gym, but for the hours they have it is manageable. Staff are friendly when you need something and not too pushy for up sells like some other gyms I've been in so far.”

“I just love this place. It has all of the workout equipment you could think of it's never packed as a sixty-year-old woman I don't feel out of place there is a small room that used to be called the woman's gym but now they can't say that because I guess they got sued for it it does get warmer than the rest of the gym because of the size and doesn't have a lot of ventilation but I still go in there and exercise. People at the front desk are always kind I can't say enough”
