We just purchased a vehicle and were overwhelmed by the experience. We have bought many cars over the years but have never had such a positive experience. The whole atmosphere was different in a positive way. Our salesman Julian Crespo was incredible. No pressure during the whole experience friendly, engaging with great communication. He handled our purchase and our trade seamlessly. The owner even made a point of greeting us on both of our visits. We will definitely be back for our next purchase. I had an emergency engine light and bad sound of the engine on my volvo car. Drove directly to the shop in panic. They took care of it in 2 hours with no previous appointment. Thanks for the stiffness, and great and fast service!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Gengras Volvo Dealer ( East hartford location). From the moment i walked in, Jolanda( sales executive) made me feel welcome and valued. The staff ( including front chair, manager) were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. The whole sales process was smooth and transparent. I never felt pressured, and their advice was spot on. After test drive, found a little crack on the passenger side, they directly ask me if i can give them 1-2days, they will fix it for me. I really appreciated it their service. Overall, Gengras Volvo dealer exceeded my expectations, I am thrilled with my new car and grateful for their excellent service. Gengras and all the staff were amazing, especially Jola Westerlund who remembered me from a purchase 7 years ago. Jola recalled my passion for V70’s, and paired me up with a sweet 2004 model with relatively low miles. She got me to put down a deposit to secure my vehicle from the long list of passionate fans of the old V70’s. Jola was a delight throughout the process- very funny and warm. Driver Chris Daniels was interesting and amicable, as was Jason Bissonnette, who sold me the powertrain warranty for a reasonable price. Darwing Ortiz was so kind and patient showing me how all the controls work. Thank you to everyone!

I was in need for a new car unexpectedly after an accident and did a lot of research before heading out to purchase a used vehicle. I was looking at 2021 Mercedes, BMW and Volvo, but was undecided between a sedan and SUV. After looking at Mercedes, and having an underwhelming shopping experience at local BMW dealership, I walked into Gengras Volvo in East Hartford and immediately felt welcomed and appreciated. My son and I were offered beverages and snacks while we waited briefly for a sales person, just a nice touch. As soon as I met Julian Crespo I could tell he was going to help me find the right vehicle for me. Unlike BMW where I felt the sales person could care less about helping me through the shopping experience, Julian was attentive, patient, caring, genuinely interested, and spent a lot of time showing us several cars that met my requirements and price and helping me decide between sedan and SUV. We test drove two vehicles and he would have test driven as many as I wanted.
I decided on a XC60 T5 Momentum and Julian walked me through every step of the buying process, with great details and frequent communication and guidance. 24 hours later, I was back to pick up my car and received the same level of service and accommodation that I experienced on Friday. The whole signing experience was pleasant, efficient and no surprises. It was all said and done in about 45 minutes including the detailed walk through of the vehicle and setting up the Volvo app with Julian.
At this point, I am extremely happy with Gengras Volvo and highly recommend asking for Julian Crespo as your sales person.

I purchased a certified used Volvo from Gengras East Hartford and was fortunate enough to have Jola as my sales representative who treated me with such respect, dignity and kindness throughout the whole process. The whole staff was great and made the experience so awesome for me and I LOVE MY CAR! The dealership was a whole other level of professionalism and customer service.
