This clinic has gone down fall as the call center service representative are unprofessional and proclaim there is no compliance dept. They are rude and take things personal when first of all they are trained to understand that nothing is personal when you are working with the general public. And nevertheless, patients and their family members. You don't know the pressure or situation they are going through therefore, you may get call's that are a bit challenging but you are to maintain your professionalism. And if they ask for you name give it and if asked to be transferred to the front desk then do so or to the compliance dept. You are not to hand up on the patient nor their family members just because you can handle the call in a professional demeanor. This extablisment need to look into their call center or whomever, they have picking up the call's. No one should be treated unprofessional from anyone that work at any professional extablisment nevertheless, a medical institute. Remember you all have a job because of the patients and their family members that have a need. Some people just have a job for the money and not because they have compassion nor really care about helping other's. Remember that if patients and their family start to go elsewhere, your job can be at jeopardy. There are many other clinics and medical extablisment therefore, don't think your job is not dispensable.

I called the pharmacy by accident to make an appointment for the doctor so she nicely transferred the call to the receptionist. The receptionist was extremely rude. Sounded miserable. The days that were available for what I wanted couldn’t work out for me so I told her I can call back another day to schedule an appointment. She replied back “waste of time” and hang up. I didn’t get her name but I called at 3:58pm on 4/20.
