They charged extra day for which we are not responsibleI was late an hr and they charged extra 100$ which was totally unfair, I have asked the person will they charge me extra when returning, she said no and that’s the reason I have returned it or else I would have used it for an extra day would not have returned it then. After few days they told they are going to remove it and it was over 45 days nowI am not sure when will they remove that

I worked with this location to get a rental while my car was being repaired. Star assisted me and was super helpful and knowledgeable. The process was quick and easy.

Upon arriving at the East Hartford location to pick up the car, Shelbie assisted me. We encountered an issue from the insurance side, but Shelbie went above and beyond to help me. She took care of everything, and the rest of the staff was extremely helpful as well. They ensured that my reservation was completed from the insurance side and kept me updated throughout the process.I have rented many cars before and have never had such a good experience as I had with Shelby!

I reserved a rental. My family and I made all the preparation for the road trip. Everyone was excited about the trip. The pick was scheduled for this morning at 8 am, I was in the bus on my way to pick up the car when I received a call from this branch that they don't have not only this particular car I need; buy none alternative as well. It is very much inconvenient. Never recommend Enterprise, even if you run out of all options. For the record; this is the 2nd time such a thing happening with me at Enterprise.

My husband and I rented a full size SUV 2 weeks ago and our rental associate Christin was extremely helpful and pleasant. We took a few minutes deciding and Christin was extremely patient with us. He took time to review all information ensuring accuracy. Due to the service we've received. We highly recommend this rental company.Thank you for providing excellent customer service. My car broke down in Hartford and I had to get home to Maine.My reservation process was seamless and very friendly.When I picked up the car, Shelby assisted me. She was warm, friendly and efficient.She went above and beyond to make a bad situation better.I have rented dozens of cars in my life and have never had such a good experience as I had in Hartford, CT with Shelby!

Willam M. Went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations. I was initially not satisfied with the car I was given and he exchanged it once, and then a second time when the first one had issues. KUDOS to people like you, Will! 10/10
