I have a temperamental Chevy Cruze. The dealership misdiagnosed my blinking engine light and I was about to let the car get repoed. Totally hopeless as the car was sold to me with a bad turbo as well.
The D'addario team however found the blinking light problem quickly.
They fixed my blown head gasket (blinking light), the faulty engine turbo, and replaced my melted cat.
I finally passed emissions and now I can live again with freedom, after months of limited driving. Thank you for saving my Chevy!!
I won't trust anywhere else for what this vehicle needs in the future. <3

4th gen family business that will take care of you. Brought in my Nissan that had very unusual issues to get it fixed.Long story short, before coming to D’addario’s, I went to another shop we’ve used in the past, and then the Nissan dealership to try to get this problem fixed. Both misdiagnosed the issue. Finally, I bring it to D’addario’s after seeing their high reviews here, in hopes they’d get it right.D’addario’s was the only shop able to properly identify this unusual issue, and spent a lot of time researching and working to fix this issue. While there was some trial and error, they eventually got it right and were very fair with me.Their team went above and beyond to help me here, and I’d recommend them to anyone in need of car repair and/or maintenance.

The Nissan service center is great. I rarely say many good things about a dealer's service center. But they are professional, prompt, honest and make me feel like a valued customer.

My truck sat in the parking lot for 7 months before they realized they wouldn't be able to work on my truck. The people there were quite cordial though. They towed my truck to and from free of charge, and they provided me a ride home. I actually wished they would have been able to fix the truck. They're a family business and I like supporting family businesses.
