This CVS pharmacy is normally a decent experience and has been a local option for years. The staff in the pharmacy are friendly, helpful, amazing, and very knowledgeable, with specific praise for their efficiency in filling prescriptions as soon as possible. However, the store faces operational challenges. CVS in general keeps cutting back on hours and on staff. A specific incident highlighted that one frontend cashier needs more training, appearing overwhelmed and undertrained when handling a refund without a receipt and a MoneyGram transaction. During that event, the manager was impatient and unresponsive, leaving the cashier alone to manage a growing line, self-checkout, and complex transactions, which led to a long wait and frustrated customers. The experience suggests that management support is inconsistent, impacting an otherwise helpful and knowledgeable pharmacy team.

Usually my meds get refilled, but any time I need to speak to a human in the pharmacy, they sound incredibly inconvenienced to have to help customers...I'll be switching to a different pharmacy along with many others it appears.

Great Staff, extremely helpful and very organized. This pharmacy has been our go to store for years and it will continue to be as long as it remains in business.
