Here's another reason why customers rather shop online and stores are closing. I placed a photo order at 8:45 am, and they opened at 9 am. I waited for an email stating that my order was ready which I never received. It's now 4 pm, so I made my way to the store to pick up my 4x6 prints to find that NO ONE checked for photo orders for the entire day. The printer ran out of ribbon after only printing 30 of my 150 photos. I know damn well y'all not that busy all day where you couldn't take 5 minutes to change the cartridge and I used to manage a CVS ain't no way you're getting that many photo orders where my order that was placed at 8:45 am just started printing at 4 pm. The cashier who was just leaning over the counter was nice, but do ya damn job. Told me she needs to change the ribbon but isn't able to bc now there is a long line. I said ok I'll be back later, later comes still no confirmation email and no photos ready.

It's so peaceful and comfy when walking around CVS, employees are respectful,very helpful.and it's quick and easy to get what you want and walk out..

The worst pharmacy ever and let me tell you I love CVS on what it feels but this one on Burnside is a joke you go in the store you have a whole bunch of little girls in there working just joking around and laughing. Make people very uncomfortable to go in there is ridiculous. Never saw that before in my life so if I could, I would give zero to the CVS.

556pm on Saturday closing time. The pharmacy closes at 556 on Saturday not 6 pm just so everyone knows. I wouldn't want anyone to make it there on time to get there meds and be disappointed. October 7th. Pouring rain

Would give zero stars if I could. The hold time with this pharmacy is 30+ min and I’m calling from a providers office. I can only imagine how long they make our poor patients wait.

when I come in to CVS the employees help me find what I'm looking for over all day the pharmacy knows of everything that I need and they will help me if I need help thank you!❤️❤️❤️

The worst pharmacy to go, they have my prescription for 2 days I went to pick it up the African woman ( tech) was so rude to me. She said: it’s not ready I can’t tell you anything anything else with a voice like I was begging her for food or money: she needs to learn how to talk to customers, that’s very irritating
