One employee was notably helpful in resolving a shipping issue, and the app makes ordering and pick-up simple. However, the drive-through can be slow, sometimes taking over 10 minutes per car, especially when multiple cars are waiting. Staff members are also helpful with insurance issues, with one employee providing exceptional assistance. Customers also value the good selection of items like birthday cards and gift bags, along with friendly cashiers. Overall, CVS provides a helpful, organized, and convenient shopping experience, despite some occasional delays.

when I come in to CVS the employees help me find what I'm looking for over all day the pharmacy knows of everything that I need and they will help me if I need help thank you!❤️❤️❤️
