Ok ,well from what I've experienced there.They are so helpful.The owner ,He always ask me if I need any help with anything.He is polite.He helped me with picking out things for my hair.Its all on being friendly having respect and how you ask for things.He is helpful.I just want to thank him.He even waited for me prior to him closing to let me get what I needed.

There customer service is so bad, I had just bought a flat iron from hair city and needed heat protected, as soon as I walked in the lady started to follow me around and watched my every move. I felt so uncomfortable that I decided to leave. I was then stopped and the lady looked to see if I took anything, I told her "I didn't take any thing" and she asked me "If I was sure". She then looked at my HairCity bag and said "Oh yea that's not mine". Soon as I walked in they had there opinion on me. It is honestly sad that people are still like this in 2018 and the only thing I can do is try and stop other people from experiencing what I just did. There beauty suppies are very limited and they don't carry alot of supplies that many people use. If I was you I wouldn't waste my time especially the way the treat their customers

The customer service was the best. As soon as I walked in, an older man greeted me and asked if there was anything specific I was looking for. After telling him I was searching for sulfate-free shampoo he walked me to 3 different brands. I ultimately didn't end buying any shampoo here because they were coconut scented, but I ended up finding other hair products I needed instead as well as some rubbing alcohol. This place had a large selection of wigs however I noticed they didn't have many blond haired ones.

This is so different from what I expected. Very good store to find anything in cosmetic items. Including wigs, jewelry, nail polish, etc. Too numerous to mention. Prices are very good.

If I could give them a negative score I would! Don't ever go here for your hair care needs, there are so many beauty stores to choose from. AVOID THIS ONE!!!! I went in there looking for a hair product to keep my hair smelling good and moisturized. The lady there was very reluctant to help me and was rude, she walked me over to where the hairsprays are. Then stood there watching me as if she believed I was going to steal something. I said to "her thank you very much for your help let me walk around if I need your help I'll let you know". Then she said " you're not going to buy? Then you have to go". Then I said "I can't walk around? I just want to look around to find a product that want to buy.". She said "no you have to go." Rather than spending any more time with this horrible woman that I considered to be a racist. I just walked out....I hope this review reaches many people and hopefully consumers will not do business here.
