We had our annual furnace cleaning, tge technician was prompt. Polite, he informed us what he was doing and told us what had to be replaced. He stayed until tge furnace cycled. I couldn't ask for better service

Initially the first person to take my call (no heat) scheduled me for 8:00 am the next day. They work servicing till 7. I was desperate. I called again and talked to a woman who obviously knew her job very well. This time I said I had a contract for service. That was my mistake I will admit with the first person. However this second lady put me on hold, got back to me in very short time to say that a service department had made a change and I would have someone as soon as he completed his job ( it was 30 min.) Dean came and quickly solved my furnace problem. He is extremely qualified and I am grateful to the 2nd customer rep and to Dean responding and fixing my furnace.

Chris in billing is very conscientious, pleasant & very patient to explain the TLC billing system. She keeps excellent records of past conversations and consequently is able to quickly answer our questions and alleviate any concerns that we have from time to time. We always feel very comfortable knowing that we are speaking with her.

This company is a rip=off and tried to charge us $900 to come out after hours and change an oil filter on a burner. Stay away from them, They are very dishonest.

The customer service person who helped me (Esmiz) was very patient in answering my questions regarding the various price plans. I ultimately signed up for a plan after she helped me understand the differences.

I have to say hands down they are the most AMAZING Company ever. A couple times now I ran into issues and they have done nothing but stepped up and just gone above and beyond to help me. I have NEVER had a Company do the things they have to help me out in hard times. Hot water tank went they were there fixed it and got me hot water. They also helped me out with another issue that was over the top beyond unbelievable. Helped me out so much. Very professional and down to earth. They are like a family. A+++++++

Maria was a gem today discussing my account and Oil delivery. She was able to help me understand the delivery process, oil monitoring of our account, and also adjusted my delivery date. This has been one of my best experiences with TLC.
