So disappointed. I write letters from Santa to children. When I asked if they could be post marked from the North Pole they said certainly!Last year they were held until the last week of December when parents were asking me when to expect the letters. When I called they told me they forgot. The letters hadn’t been mailed yet.This year again I was assured they would be posted from the North Pole - which never happened. All mailed with East Hampton post mark.I realize Christmas is a busy time of year, but please don’t tell me “no problem” and then not follow through.

Very rude and wont do their job. It is their job to deliver packages. Not excuses. Tired of not getting what i order and having to got through all the issues that this company comes out with cant give 0 stars but i would if i could. Hope they go under and gets privatized soon.

Everytime I come in, the man at the front desk is just unnecessary rude. Gets old. Especially when he thinks he knows more than you do about things coming to YOUR house.

Would like to give zero stars. Went in to mail international package. Reprimanded by yhe clerk regarding having the "wrong" customs form, which is the same one I've been using for 2.5 years. Was never given the option of how I wanted it sent. I questioned he guy, and was again reprimanded. All this time, I never got a hello, good morning...nothing. left with my package, a line behind me (while another worker just sat there in her phone). This guy way beyond rude. I will never go back.

Friendly when I go in to the office. However, mail is not picked up from or delivered to my mailbox. I have gone in and called to speak with them multiple times to fix this and every time, I am told it is taken care of. My flag was up for 4 days and my mail was not taken. I am waiting on important documents that were supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago, I have no clue what they are doing with my mail. This issue needs to be fixed. I will be calling to file a formal complaint if this issue is not resolved once I go in again this week.

The male window worker is a rude unhappy malcontent who has no business working with the public he is abrasive to the extreme. It's a sad commentary that a blesmish such as him hasn't been given walking papers etc with directions to Walmart his new more appropriate employment

Kind of small for a post office but I have seen smaller but does it really matter how big the size of the building is they get the job done and that's what matters plus they have Po boxes available for people if they need them and what ever else u may need to send stuff.
