“I had the best experience today at Valvoline in Hebron, Connecticut John, the manager, and Marq a technician I went in for a quick oil change and John the manager wanted to check under my dash in my Toyota Highlander filter. I have been noticing for a while now that there was a couple of sunflower seeds here and there and some dog food here and they’re coming out from under my dash now I did not mention anything to them. John took it upon himself to check the filter, and when he did much to my surprise, there was not seen amount of dog food and sunflower seeds that I’m guessing the mice put in there from my garage. I’ve been going here to have my oil changed for years and no one has ever checked that filter in my car is a 2013 Highlander and I cannot think John enough for taking the time to check that and clean it and replace the filter.
