Provider did not have a comforting bedside manner. She gave me less than half the dosage called for, for a double ear infection which caused me to get worse over the next 4 days. It is much better to go to a typical urgent care.

Im not sure who the provider was but she took a look at our two year old thoroughly and quickly to rule out an ear infection when we’d originally booked an appointment for her covid vaccine. If she hadn’t we would have needed to go thirty minutes away to the nearest pediatric urgent care. Appreciated her accommodating... read full comment

Terrible experience here. APRN doesn’t care about patient care, just pushing unnecessary prescriptions and denying treatment. Never go.
