“I remember being here a couple years ago and a nice guy named Nick helped me choosing paints for a project I’ve been working on. He helped me with everything I needed and was very knowledgeable about all things related to paint. He even told me which types of paints smelled better — who knew! I remembered to write this review because I just smelled a wall from the paint he recommended. Whoever raised that kid did a damn good job.”
“The old 'Higganum Feed' was a dump and the people working the same sort you'd encounter at an inner city auto shop. The place is under new management which clearly takes pride in the appearance of the place and the gentleman behind the counter is friendly and helpful. Give it a try and you'll see for yourself. And no, no interest in the place, couldn't tell you the owners name.”
“I have come to this store three times in the last few months... I honestly did not know they were here. These people are fantastic and their store is perfect. Every time I have come in to the store I am asked if I need help and when I state what I'm looking for, they take me right to the item. Perfect.”
“I recently decided to purchase a Stihl backpack blower to take care of leaves and pine cones in two locations. I couldn't find the item locally and after searching found that Hebron Ace Hardware did offer it, however, there were none in stock. I talked to the store manager (Ryan) and explained what I was looking for and needed it before going to an out-of-state location at the end-of-the week. He said there were a few blowers on their way and should have them within a couple of days. The items kept being held up in shipping to the store, Ryan continued to reach out to the manufacturer with daily updates.The item finally came in the day before I was set to leave. I rushed out to the store before they closed, and Ryan had it all put together for me. He also gave me a lesson on how to use it since it was my first backpack blower.I was very satisfied with the personalized customer service and attention Ryan provided, and would highly recommend Hebron Ace Hardware.”

“Riding mower broke. Went on vacation and while gone they picked it up, fixed it and redelivered it for about the mid point of the estimate. Mower runs great, now. Just called for a replacement part no one else has, they have it. Those who think they're pricey, it costs a lot to run a business, good help has to be paid and isn't satisfied eating Mac and Cheese dinner 7 days a week.”
“Great store!! Local owned and sooo soo kind everytime I go whether for birdseed or odd garden/car stuff. Super friendly and they always carry my mulch bags or birdseed to my car. Won't stop going ever.”

“Our son took us to pumpkintown USA I bought a few items a white pumpkin & purple cabbage plant. Our son bought their famous apple cider doughnuts. We drove thru the pumpkin theme patch.”
