Clean, Secure, reasonably priced, multiple sizes of storage units and availability of additional large sizes for boats and cars. Hours are good to access as well. Owners are friendly and easy to work with. I will come back here again!

Great service, so happy to be with an independently owned place versus a larger chain. Their new building is wonderful and has excellent climate control - was in another location in Glastonbury and much happier here given the temperature control, consistently at about 67 degrees indoors which is great, customer service is awesome too. Thanks again to the whole team!

They were very accommodating with Me having to unload a 20ft UHaul into a climate control unit on a very humid day. They have been very friendly and made sure we knew we could utilize their carts, making it much faster. I appreciate the security of the units, also.

These guys are the worst!! The customer service is non existent. The "head" lady couldn't be more rude! The unit I rented was filthy, bug infested and the door wouldn't seal, which is why I found a new company. They had the units power washed, and they got water and bleach inside my unit and all over my work belongings(medical devices) rendering them useless. They also refused to accept any liability, claiming its not their fault. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. If I could give less of a rating I would!

My furniture, clothes, totes and everything in the storage unit is getting moldy. My stuff has only been there since June 2018! When you open the door it's a horrible mold/mildew smell. My things are getting ruined. I'm moving my things to another storage place. I would not recommend storing anything here.
