Unfortunately, routinely getting the East Hampton pharmacy staff to help renew a prescription has become very annoying. The staff does as minimal as possible. My Dr's office has confirmed several times they have put through a prescription renewal, only to have the CVS Pharmacy staff say they received nothing. We have called or stopped into CVS on 5 occasions over 2 weeks since placing the order. I asked the Pharmacy Staff a week ago to CALL MY Doctor on the phone to figure out what the issue is and they said they would, but they have not contacted my Dr other than their silly online faxes (which obviously aren't working). They said they would actually call a week ago, with 2 members of staff right there. Still nothing 5 days later, and my Dr's office confirmed they responded electronically over a week ago, but we never called by CVS & I call CVS again today and they cannot even confirm they called or attempted, nor will call now. I've been waiting for 2 weeks now to get this prescription renewal filled and this staff won't make the extra effort to help. Lazy and Unprofessional... Choose another Pharmacy. And to top it off, I am a CVS Employee.

Employees at this location are awful. Rude, condescending and clearly not skilled in interactions with the public. Pharmacy is the worst. Treat customers like misbehaving children.

I have no problems with the pharmacy, but the woman at the register in the front is incredibly rude. She was ringing a customer and told me to use self-check-out. Since i had two gift cards I decided to wait. She insisted I use the self check-out, just "don't put the cards on the left or it will ruin the magnetic strip." I decided to wait as she was nearly finished with the other customers. When she sighed and said, to the people in front of her," I guess new things are scary," I walked out.

Nice and friendly store. I come here all the time. Staff is friendly and helpful. The pharmacy has been very helpful. When filling out my daughter's prescription they were very accommodating going over with me the different flavors available as she will not take the bubblegum flavor medicine. I've been to the minute clinic here once and although everything was ok I will not come anymore unless I'm a pinch because it is out of my network and it gets expensive with each visit.
