Phenomenal service; prompt, reliable, fair price. Belltown Motors is a participant in the AAA program, so when I needed a tow, I requested Belltown Motors when I called AAA. Then I called Belltown to tell them my car was coming and needed a new battery. The next morning, they secured a battery, installed it promptly and by that afternoon I was driving my car back home.

Brought my car in for an oil change and, without asking me and for a substantial fee, they supposedly removed a nail from my tire. 30 minutes after leaving, my low air pressure light came on. They ruined a good tire and charged me for it. I suspect that when I return they will try to sell me some tires. These people are your classic "not to be trusted auto mechanics".

My windshield washers were not working, so I brought my truck in to Belltown. I waited about 30 minutes in a quiet, clean waiting room and all went well. Wipers are fine now.

Belltown Motors did a great job fixing my husband's truck after an unfortunate accident. They worked directly with my insurance company to have the vehicle assessed and approved for repair. Insurance paid them directly and we only paid the deductible. We received text/email updates all along the way so we knew the exact status. It did take a couple extra weeks then we hoped to fix but that was due to a supply shortage, not the shop. A++++ would definitely go there again (but hoping I never need to )

Buyer beware. I dropped off vehicle to get 2 tires replaced, but wanted someone to call me before they did it. No one called and they went ahead and replaced 2 front tires, saying they were both bald, which of course was not true. Only one tire was really bad. Also "out the door" price that was quoted to me was not the price they put on the invoice. I will not be going here in the future and will tell everyone I know to avoid them.

Do not recommend for towing services what so ever. I was dragged along for almost 24 hours just to be told they now don’t have a driver available to make the tow.

This is the last nice, friendly, professional repair shop around. I found the best prices on tires, and unlike most other shops they don't try to sell you things you don't need. Tim and Tom are great, as are the rest of the staff.
