“We had a great 1st time experience with Belltown Motors. It began with the tow.. the driver arrived within 20 minutes and was friendly. The next morning I called to follow up and spoke with Kayla...she explained that they were busy but would try to look at our car (failed brake line). 2 hours later she called back and said they would be able to fix it that day. What a surprise! We were expecting to be without the car for several days but we picked it up that afternoon. The cost was less than expected- how often can you say that on a car repair? “Kind and prompt service. We dropped the car off at 10 pm on a Friday, our daughter had a minor accident and they were the closest location so we did not have to tow the car. Dale called us Saturday morning, told us about a warranty on our tires, and helped us with the spare. Knowledgeable and kind, hard to come by today.”
