Within this past year I have moved over an hour away from the Veterinarian office; yet I still continue to bring my dogs in for their annual visits and any other issues that occur. I have always found the staff to be professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Their understanding of my cares and concerns.

The East Haddam location is not my usual routine care location for my pet. When the Berlin Road location had no openings I was able to get right in here. It was further from home but the staff and vet were wonderful. They took care of my cat and made me feel reassured that she was going to be okay. I would make the longer journey again. I am greatful for the quick and professional care my cat received.

Dawn is very accommodating when I need treatment for my pets. She does her job so well!
Dr Reagan is a wonderful dr. We had a very sad day today with having to put our 19 year old cat to sleep. Dr Reagan was so comforting and made the whole occasion very peaceful. He is an amazing Dr.
My pets needs are always addressed in a timely manner.

I have a less than week old baby kitten and the mother abandoned it so I have been working round the clock to feed him and help him go to the bathroom and everything. He seems to be doing exceptionally well at everything so far except for going no. 2 ? which is pretty obviously disconcerting when u r trying to save an abandoned new born kitten. But I have used this vet for many many pets since seemingly the dawn of time and they are always super patient, friendly, and most importantly, compassionate as hell not only to the poor sick animals but they are incredibly understanding and comforting to the owners as well...... HIGHLY recommend.... Shop/support local!!!

All staff are exceptionally flexible and compassionate. The friendliness of the staff, the experience and care of Dr. Reagan, and the compassion they showed both of us — it was the hardest part of being a dog owner, saying goodbye. They made us feel like we were at home. Truly grateful.

I am very picky deciding on a vet for my dogs and Dr. Reagan and all of the staff there are amazing! They were all so patient and accommodating for my reactive dog. And so gentle with my small puppy! Answered all of my questions. It was a very clean and calm vet office with very fair pricing so I will definitely be staying with this vet office in the future!

Dr. Reagan was friendly and knowledgeable. I feel that Luther was very well cared for and instructions for his care when we got home were explained well.
I appreciate that the doctor explains what the plan is for my pets care.

Have been going to this practice since before it became Pieper Olsen. I have always loved the compassionate and professional staff at this location. I was quite surprised of the price of the visit though.
