I've had nothing but good service from Didato's. I've been on their premium plan for nearly two years and they are always responsive and friendly. When you call, you always get a person, never a bot.

Do not do business with this company. They claim to have made a delivery to my property without my permission and with no prior contact or contract and have gone to the steps of getting lawyers involved over a disputed $200. We have requested multiple times to speak with the owner of this business and have received nothing but a condescending letter to "do the right thing", and invoices for a delivery that was never called for. Scumbags only after $$$, revolting. I'll certainly be letting everyone I know to avoid both Didato's and their parent, Dutch Oil.Edit - replying to response - If a company cannot figure out which house to deliver to, how am I supposed to trust them to remove precisely that amount of oil from a tank that was nearly full from a recent, different fill-up? The tactics used here are as if I had erred rather than accepting their own mistake, and again I was never granted a conversation with anyone beyond the front desk.Edit 2 - We settled with their lawyer in May and received assurances that we would not receive any further communications. Didato's is still sending invoices for the difference between their asinine charge and the actual daily market rate that we settled with. Avoid at all costs.

Didato's alleges they delivered oil to my property. I have never ordered oil from Didato's. I was not ordering oil. I have no previous relationship, nor a service agreement. I have made multiple attempts to speak with the owner or a decision-maker, and have been met with mostly silence, except for a very condescending letter followed by second letter - this one from a law firm. It is essentially extortion, as it would require a considerable expenditure of time and resources to fight them on this despite having little to no right to my money. Avoid at all costs.

Had a new boiler installed, great job done by installers, and they were very helpful in providing information about the system. Highly recommended!
