“I had a great experience here. I made an appointment to replace 4 sensors. I paid for them, the car went in. When I returned, they informed me that only one needed replacement and they were refunding the $111 I paid for the others. In a world of dishonest shops, this restored my faith. Also, the staff was friendly and made me completely comfortable. Miguel is hilarious.”

“I called on a Friday morning looking to book an appt to get all new brakes on my ‘21 Subaru Crosstrek (I drive for work) the following week or week after. John, the owner, had time to get me in that day and within an hour my car was on the lift.
He called a bit later to explain the estimate (which was much lower than the dealership where I usually get service done (I know…)). I gave the go-ahead and the car was back to me by late afternoon.
John and his staff took the time to explain every aspect of what they had done, to an extent that was beyond what I had received from other shops but explained in a way I could understand.
About 500 miles after the service, the brakes have settled in and the car feels so much safer and responsive. I cannot say enough positive things about Country Auto Care, and I will be bringing my car there for service from now on. Brilliant shop!”

“Kind people, gast service. Went in for an emissions check. They got us right in and we're done in 10 minutes. Effective and efficient work, which was appreciated. They had some snacks in the lobby and a TV to watch cops chase bad guys while you waited for your car. All in all great experience. Emissions are cash only so bring cash.”
“Olender’s did an AMAZING job with my car. I got in an accident a week ago, and they fixed my car quickly, explained the whole process to me, kept me updated, and made the process with my rental car and insurance really smooth. He was professional and explained a lot of facts to me about the tires and balancing and took extra time to balance these tires to get them well above the nominal figures. These rims were gloss black powder coated and he installed these tires with no marks at all. Refreshing to have someone like Oscar really care about his job. “I was told by Mitchell Subaru my 2016 Subaru Forester needed a full engine reseal which would be $5k… I don’t know who has that kind of money lying around but it’s definitely not me! I called Village Garage for a second opinion and even on the phone, Mel said my 2016 should not need an engine reseal. I brought it in the next week and sure enough—Mel calls me and tells me there’s absolutely nothing wrong with my car and he didn’t know why Mitchell Subaru told me I needed any work done. I’m SO thankful for saving $5k!! I was definitely going to have to take out a loan had I moved forward with the repair. Will definitely be going back to Village Garage for any future maintenance and repairs!”

Last week I actually witnessed a gentleman harassing one of Pete’s Tire Barns drivers.
I was taking my lunch with a co worker and a driver of another truck approached her and proceeded to demand and yell at her to get out and pick up orange peels she had discarded on the ground while on her lunch. By the look on her face she was more dumb founded by what was taking place than myself and co worker! Correct me if I’m wrong. Orange peels are biodegradable right? I get it if she had discarded actual GARBAGE, that will not be gone within a few days due to the sun and other elements. Hah! My goodness people. To actually witness a Karen in her wild life habitat is mind blowing to me!!
To the driver of Pete’s. I highly praise you for not getting off your truck and wiping the ground with this MAN. Who was more than disrespectful to you. Over ORANGE PEELS!!
Side note. Upon leaving. I noticed multiple bags of garbage throughout the lot. Some tires someone had dumped. (Behind her parked you can see in the orange peel picture HAH!) truck sized pot holes. And a light pole falling over. Soooo she wasn’t wrong when asking this fellow “have you seen the parking lot?”

I am an independent woman living an hour away from both work and family and every time I get either a flat tire or engine issues, I panic while Firestone always makes time to service my car.
