I originally rented a unit that was way too big and Debbie was very helpful with transferring me to a better sized unit. It was very quick and easy. I stopped in the office for a few questions and again, Debbie was very friendly! She answered all of my questions and even assisted with my purchases of packing boxes. This as been a great first storage experience, highly recommend!”

The process was challenging because of several requirements for my physical presence which was impossible, but the staff at the CT location and two of the representatives on the phone were helpful and professional in getting everything sorted out eventually. My niece is now able to access her unit!”
