Usually have what we want but don't show up at 745-750pm before their actual closing time, supposed to be 8pm...they will shut the door on you...smile and say oh well ? just kind of a bummer.

Updating my review 7/29. They sell fake brand vapes. They're not the real brand they are replicas. 2nd one guy that works her is amazing awesome customer service. However the bald guy is so rude and I will never be coming back here because of this and the fake vapes. Fake vapes you do not know what is in them. They do not go through FDA regulations and state regulations like the real ones they are black market vapes. Also the bald guy won't let me use my debit unless it's 5 dollars or more.....when there is no limit when the other person is working. I'm not gonna give my money to a store that treats me differently everytime I come in. Use to.come here everyday. As of today I will not come here anymore. I hope everyone knows the dangers of selling counterfeit vape products.....they need to be reported before someone's health is compromised later down the road.

One of the guys that work here is really great to deal with. But one of the other guys his customer service is awful!!! Every time you buy a vape & it doesn't work they give you a hard time on returning it. I was going here for many years. But after my last experience with customer service I will not be returning. One star rating is what you deserve for treating your customers that way.

Prices are great and the two guys that work there are both very helpful. I’ve gotten a few defective pods but they swapped them out for me no problem. Great smoke shop!

The two gentlemen that I’ve met working here were very friendly and out of their way helpful. Prices are great and products have been fresh (both tobacco and vapor) which has been rare locally. Great business!

AMAZING PLACE WITH THE BEST STAFF AROUND!! You cant get better prices on glass, pods, carts, vapes, cigs, whipped cream, cbd, Kratom ect they have it all and like I said hands down the best prices around. Have been going here for 10 plus years and let me tell you it's always been the best.

I had A very good experience here. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and pleasant. The prices there were competitive and the convenience of location is definitely a plus. I used to drive 45 minutes to go pick up my Vape juice sooo happy to have found this place. Definitely would recommend to go in there for your smoking needs. There is not an overwhelming selection but a large enough selection where everyone can find what they are looking for

I come here all the time and have for years. I got here at 8:58 today and they close at 9. I see the dude who works here just sitting in his grey Mercedes, looks at me and leaves. You weren't closed yet. Really mad about this. We all close our stores and businesses when we are suppost to. Why put a time if you don't care about it. Will be going to smokers discount in Granby from now on.

Hopin Mart & Smoke Shop is a convenient tobacco shop directly in the center of East Granby right off route 20, next to Dunkin Donuts. They have everything we need to roll our own cigarettes that the gas station either doesn't have or has for a higher price. Staff is always very friendly and happy to help!
