Stopped by to see if they had a charger. I was far from home and had forgotten my charger. He was so nice- they didn't have the one I needed for sale, but he let me BORROW the one they had for a couple hours to get me through my afternoon until I headed home. Couldn't believe it. Amazing service. Thank you!!

Saw the YouTube video and judging by how he was treated in it this place is terrible the amount of disrespect that was shown not including the fact that the place has a rat infestation which was shown on video this place is terrible

Left computer there for 3 weeks for a diagnostic. I was told I would get a call by the end of the day every time I asked for an update. Never got a call. Based on the computers there, I don't think he knew what to do with a modern gaming pc. I dealt with the younger guy, but the older man was nice though.

Brought my PC for an SSD upgrade. Brought my own SSD and they charged me only for labor. Everyone was friendly and informative. They kept me posted my the progress of the service, explained the pricing and was done on time. Made my PC much faster and responsive.

If you need your computer repaired or a new charger cord any accessories don't go anywhere else. My charger cord broke on my laptop. They had it. My friend had a problem with the DVD player and they fixed it. The prices are amazing, the work done in a timely fashion and the people who help you are very knowledgeable and will do whatever they can get your computer repaired and up and running. They also do a great job of cleaning cell phones. They never push anything on you and will also give some tips on what to do. Granted, East Granby might be a bit further away than might want to go but believe me it's more than worth it!!

Id give 0 stars if I could, Moved all my files into a folder and deleted my important files along with my work files, I had to re buy the softwares they deleted, Will not be returning here just go a little further somewhere else

We've been dealing with Computer Sales for a very long time. They are easy to work with, never try and upsell anything, their rebuilt computers are excellent and the prices very fair. Great place, honest owners.

I won't go anywhere else with my computer needs! Not only have we now bought several laptops from CSR, but they REALLY went above and beyond for me yesterday when I was in quite a jam. Not only did I have a paper due last night, but I also had a virtual meeting first thing this morning. Thanks to the awesomeness that is CSR, I got my paper submitted on time and made my meeting without a problem.Go to CSR !!! They will treat you right!!!Thank you SO much!!!
