Horrible business practice. Never recieved a call or notice that our homeowners was going from $2,400.00 to $4,900.00. The first increase we had last year came as a suprise and now it's jumped to $4,900.00. Do not use this All State facility unless your seeking subpar performance.

I highly recommend Andre Jett and his talented group of professionals at Allstate. They recently did me a favor with a policy that they didn’t need to do, but their DNA is customer service and support, and it shines through. Working with Jessica was a great experience!

Im pleased to write this recommendation for the Andre Jett Allstate Insurance Agency. I have my Auto,Homeowner Insurance and an Umbrella Policy. Everyone here has helped me with understanding what my needs for insurance actually are and what benefits they can offer me.It’s nice to know that I wasn’t just a little number in a computer somewhere. Everyone took the time to offer me the needed suggestions and options. The prices were reasonable and very competitive for what I chose as my own personal opinions.Each person working in the Jett Agency are friendly and experienced professionals who actually care about you as a customer. Horrible service, higher than necessary prices on Condo and Car insurance. When I cancelled my policies they kept the auto deduction to my account. I had to call the main Allstate Headquarters to get a refund. Terrible business people.
