DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!! I used it due to lower prices..I should have known better than to pick the cheap moving company. Keith said all the right things to ease my concerns when I called to schedule my move. On the day of the move, the truck showed up 4 hours late due to mechanical issues. After hours of packing, half of the things in my apartment did not fit into the truck they brought. When I called Keith in a panic I was told I would have to spend another multiple thousand dollars for another truck for the remainder of the move which now wouldn’t happen for multiple days. He also proceeded to SCREAM at me over the phone when I said that was completely unacceptable for them not choosing the correct size truck for the move (it’s not like they gave me a list of options and I chose myself- they chose the truck). After screaming at me over the phone, he texted me saying to never call him again. At this point I didn’t know if I was ever seeing my items again. This occurred over a year ago and I am just now writing this because I have since moved again and did not want the company to have my address.

I have been after these criminals for 2 years plugs to pay me back $1700 for the damage they did to my processions. I was met with threats and beratement by the management for requesting this. Avoid like the plague.

My UHaul canceled the night before my move and I called Keith and had a pickup time, insurance, and contract for a reasonable price signed in less than 90 minutes for a NEXT DAY cross state move. The crew at AllardSend saved the day. Armad and Ahmed worked extremely hard, were punctual and never took a second to complain about the heat. For the price point, these guys delivered beyond what I expected. Based on reading some yelp reviews on these guys, people expect all their furniture to be bubble wrapped and transported with white gloves by movers, however that's not always realistic. These guys bust their butts and we had barely any damage to our belongings, better than most other companies I've worked with. Be realistic, wrap your nice items purposefully, and you'll have a good experience.

Ahmad and Kendrick helped us move from NYC to Boston and it was a breeze! They got it done so quickly and were fun to work with. We'd definitely do it all over again with our next move.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. It seems like they have good reviews through Google Reviews but if you read their Yelp reviews, you will see a more accurate depiction of this company. On the morning of my move, Awstyn let me know that my move would not be happening at 10:30 AM as stated on the signed contract due to a delay the movers had with a move on the day before. Apparently a move from the day before was not completed in time and the movers needed to finish on the day of my move. Instead of being empathetic toward me in this highly stressful situation (not having a place to go with my items since my current lease was up), Keith Jones proceeded to yell at me over the phone and say, “It is very inconsiderate for you to rush us, we will get there when we get there.” when I asked him what time the movers would be getting to me at. So rude. It is appalling how unprofessional this company is. They have you sign a contract to confirm the date and time of a move and then last minute change it. Also yelling at customers is completely unacceptable.I tried to ask for some compensation for this inconvenience and was told that would not be happening which is ridiculous. I had to pay full price for a move that did not happen on time.When the movers did eventually come (6 hours late), one of them was wearing jeans and let me know it was his first day on the job. Keith Jones told me he was sending his “best guys” to do the job so that was clearly a lie. The only tool the movers brought was a single screwdriver to take apart my bed frame. No power tools. I confirmed with Awstyn that the movers would be bringing a TV box and mattress bag; those items were no where to be found. This caused my mattress to get damaged and dirty as seen in the photos.Whatever you do, DO NOT use this moving company. The low price is appealing but is not worth the unreliability of this company. This was the most stressful move of my life.

If I could give this a 0 I would. When I first booked the move, the owner Keith answered all my questions and said if there are any issues to reach out to him. The the day before my move, I call to confirm the time of arrival so I could plan out the rest of my day, he proceeds to scream over the phone saying I was unreasonable because he can't even give an estimate of the time of arrival. By far the worst customer service I have experienced. Thank god I didn't give them a dime of my money. You would be better off moving with a random truck you hail down on the side of the road. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY.

Do not use this company. Run away from them. Many of their 5 star google reviews are fake and I would give zero stars if I could. I will also post this on yelp, facebook, BBB, anywhere I can. My wife posted a review the other day but it was taken down. These are just SOME (not all) of the pictures of the damage.They "guaranteed" over the phone that they would arrive for delivery on Saturday morning. Then as we got closer it was Saturday afternoon, then Saturday evening, then Sunday morning. Then it was "first truck will be 9am, second truck is a couple hours behind it". I asked them to send me a screenshot of the location and I could clearly see the second truck was still 8 hours away. Stop lying to us please. We had a flight early the next day and I asked them for more accurate info so I said stop lying to us and give us accurate info so we can plan. They said the second truck had a mechanical failure (but I am now seeing on other reviews that this seems to be a common response). I also heard the movers on speaker phone with the other truck who said he didn't leave until Friday afternoon (it's a 27 hour drive...how can you guarantee Saturday morning delivery unless you have a teleporter). The first truck arrive around 1030-11am (about a day late) and the second truck arrived around 430pm. Everything started coming out broken. And I mean EVERYTHING. It was like they were in a car accident. I couldn't have done this much damage if I tried. My wife was sobbing in the pantry after seeing all of the baby's furniture broken or filthy. I would guess 80% of our furniture either had legs snapped off, chips in the wood, scratches, gouges, stains (from the brown tape they use). If it wasn't broken it was filthy. We were told they would provide wardrobe boxes, those never came. They also told us we did not need TV boxes. Not a single TV made it in tact (0 for 3). After seeing the majority of the items in the first truck were broken, we were hesitant to pay for the second truck. They opened the door, sat on the tailgate and said we can't unload until you pay us. We could SEE BROKEN ITEMS already in the truck, but we still had to pay. My wife continuously asked how this could happen, they would just walk by her and not say a word. One mover only said "this is unfortunate". We called the office but they (Austen and Keith) stopped answering and only sent us a text link to submit a claim. At one point I saw two movers carrying our couch upstairs and he hit the wall with one of the legs. He proceeded to laugh at his partner and say "I just smoked that wall". We had several boxes labeled "FRAGILE" all over them, impossible to miss, and they came out flattened. I've never seen anything like it. It is impressive how much damage they did. They only cover 60 cents per pound of items damage and we guess that maybe a couple items would break in transit. But to have this much damage is just unbelievable and maybe even criminal. We guess there was probably $5-7k in total damage (not to mention the traumatizing experience for my wife, and the time/money that will take for us to bring everything to the dump). We submitted the claim (with all supporting docs and pictures) and they came back offering $246 which is just laughable. The movers then waited in our driveway for a bit, and finally rang our doorbell asking for us to tip them. We will be submitting everything to BBB and talking to our lawyer unless they make this right. After reading other "real" reviews, it doesn't seem they will.

THOROUGHLY TRAUMATIC - real and accurate reviews are here, their google reviews are bots. Is there a rating under 1 star availableI don't even know where to begin but I want.. no... I NEED the world to know how horrific this moving company is.I should have know from the move out that this was going to be an awful experience but by the time they had my things there wasn't much I could do. The move out of our home was OK but the move into our new home was actually traumatizing, I'm talking, crying in my pantry traumatizing. Beyond the movers being 36 hours late from the time they confirmed we could see them at our home they broke almost everything. 3 TVs.. yes, all three, a brand new crib, legs on several pieces if furniture, bed frames and anything that wasn't broken was FILTHY. One more time for the people in the back ... EVERYTHING. Was. Broken. They also use use brown tape and it leaves residue on everything also also takes the finish off of your furniture! Which was so fun.Austen and Keith are the owners of this company, they're great salesmen, they will tell you wherever you want to hear, but could not care less about the quality of your experience, your feelings or your concerns. I'd often email or text with some concerns and I'd have to ask them via text to respond to my email to which they would simply reply 'confirmed' with no response to literally anything I asked.I am thoroughly traumatized from our experience, I'm heartbroken about our things and the sheer lack of empathy from the owners and the movers. Actually one of them, Amad, was very nice and very processional.The photos will speak for themselves, and I'm almost certain any review on Google with over 1 star is a bot. Read their Yelp review. YELP reviews are verbatim the experience we had... Google reviews HAVE TO BE fake. not to mention they waited in our driveway and rang our doorbell asking for their tip after I said I would Venmo it. UNBELIEVABLE

WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT USE!!Despite multiple emails and text messages voicing our concerns about completing our move with multiple stops in one day we were told that this would all be able to occur in one day. We even requested an additional mover in order to try to make it work. On the first day , our movers did not arrive until just before 1pm, despite us requesting they be there at 7-8am.The actual movers were great, very responsive to us, but when they showed up they were not even aware that two stops needed to be made. This was simply never communicated to them. We then were called during our drive and told that the movers would be going back to Hartford, CT, because of how late in the day it was. They assured us they would be be back the next morning at 8am. Although disappointed, we completely felt horrible for the three movers who would have been working very late into the night had we continued on. We made arrangements to stay overnight and awaited the 8am arrival. At 8:15 the next morning we were told that the truck had a mechanical failure and delayed our move another 6 hours! They didn't show up until 2pm. It is one thing if this was an inconvenience to only us. But there are other people who have taken days off of their work to help us move. We were left without any of our belongings as they remained in the truck in Hartford that night. We reached out to Keith as he had been our main contact person and he became argumentative and unprofessional when we explained our concerns. The absolute failure of communication from the beginning was not right, and it is just so unfortunate that our moving experience has been this way. We emailed the company and never got a response.

Moving can be stressful and chaotic. I personally had a great experience with Allard Send Moving company! I needed to move from Western NY to CT. Allard Send was one of the numerous companies that sent me quotes after submitting a moving inquiry online. I chose them specifically due to their numerous positive reviews and reasonable cost. In addition, they did not require a deposit or payment PRIOR to delivery. Allard Send performed a great job on the move and followed directions well. The crew was responsive, professional, and kind. We communicated mainly via text, which was convenient for a busy professional like myself. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Everything went well as described. The individual driver and mover, Armad was extremely proficient and professional. He was quick to evaluate how to best move things along not to waste any time. He was friendly and made helpful suggestions that made the move easier for us. He called us on the road to let us know exactly when he would arrive so we could coordinate the last steps if the move. It was a good experience thanks to Armad and the straightforward reasonable pricing of Allard.

I was hesitant given recent reviews but the price they quoted was so much more affordable than the other ones I had gotten (about 30% cheaper, in fact) that I put my trust in Keith and Allard Send. Thankfully that trust was rewarded as Anthony showed up right on time and professionally helped move all my things into my new place. I would happily recommend them!
