I should've checked the reviews before coming in!! Lady at the front counter was VERY RUDE!! Treated my family frankly disgusting. Her tone of voice, lack of respect. And then has the audacity to laugh at the situation.aweful experience from the second we walked in. (It was giving racism) Cost wouldve been $190 to play 2 games for my family... We left in shock and disgust. Called another place $12 bucks shoes included 3 hr bowl open till 11! We payed $120 and had a blast.. U do the math

Why this old lady at the front desk with the nasty attitude charge me for two games which is what I wanted then we played the first game and ended. When I went up to her then she tells me she charged me one game a person meaning two on the same lane is one game. Total rip off of $25 for one game was there for 15 mins

This place is fantastic! I scored a Groupon for 2 hrs of bowling including shoes and my kids had such a great time. The music was great, the place was clean and enjoyed the food. Only taking 1 star away, because the kids liked the small arcade, but the prize machine was broken. Really looking forwards to coming back here.

Aww man, where on my long list of things do I actually start? This Bowlero is the absolute WORST one in the world I'm convinced. The staff was terrible, I came here with 5 children and my wife. They shut down our bowling experience all because she chose to have her own drink instead of paying the 200% markup price. Instead of giving a warning we shut down. We ordered wings that took almost am hour long and when I received them I asked for blue cheese the guy says " no problem and sorry for the wait thank you for your patience ". You guessed it I never received my blue cheese, continuing on we go play arcade games and the halo game take 15 credits but never worked so we let the staff know he brings us back 12 credits but none of the cards work, he also said this machine has been down all day but did not have a sign on it. Andy was no help he is the supervisor and also the one who lied and said he was the only person I could talk to when his superior Angela was there the whole time. I called the next day to speak with Angela and the staff who answered ended up screaming hheelllooo in my ear and when i responded she hung up on me. There is nothing professional about this place and they all truly suck at their jobs. I would stay far away from here They're the worst place to go if you looking for a good time. They will also shut down your bowling experience and not care that you made an error, yet being there was an error the entire time. No refund , no comp, no nothing, and they expect people to come back I would never spend another penny at this particular location EVER AGAIN.

Slow service, not enough help. Pro shop is great. Friendly and helpful staff. Lanes are good.

Awesome time. Great atmosphere. Took my boys and nephew to bowl while being on spring break on a Thursday, and it was awesome time. Wish cost was a little cheaper but other than that everything was awesome. Very clean and great service from the lady at the front counter. Highly recommended.

Do not come here. They did not give us discount that was written with big letters on wall. Lady was dumber than an infant and charged us three times as much as we actually bowled at an overpriced $90.00. They took our credit card and rung it up with tons of random stuff that inaccurate. Promised an arcade card and 6$ off and gave us nothing. All staff are morons. Never coming back again. Woman’s excuse was the buttons to give the discount is not there at the moment.

Nicely done, clean and comfortable. Only complaint was there were no heavier balls with smaller grips as an option. My grip is smaller (medium according to their current spacing), but I prefer a 12 or 14 pound ball, which only seemed available for a large or extra large grip. It made it difficult to grip comfortably. I don't play enough to justify getting my own ball unfortunately

Good experience. Clean facility and updated with digital screens and accurate pin count when playing. Asking for a tip at a bowling alley is crazy. I paid for the experience in the game charge and the shoe rental. What above and beyond service do you get at a bowling alley that warrants additional money outside of the service?? The answer is nothing. The system is fully automated. Tipping culture is beyond out of control.
