I do agree with some comments regarding pricing, however, they have always worked well with me to get appointments and in an emergency have been truly responsive. Dr Kumar has put down 3 of my pups when they no longer had a good quality of life and the experience was nothing but wonderful. Calm, caring, spent time with us and then let us sit with Kayla, Pookie and Yodi as long as we wished. I find the level of expertise on the surgical side is also incredible. A new vet was recently hired who I find to be very Simpatico. For those who don't know Spanish, it does not mean sympathetic. It is a term that has no direct translation into English but basically a nice, warm and caring attitude. My Amstaph is on an NSAID that can cause liver issues do I have to do frequent bloodwork which is great because her levels increased and we had to reduce the dosage so as not to cause severe liver damage. I find the front desk staff lovely. The office manager has been at the practice for two decades and has always been very kind and professional in my dealings.

We can tell our dogs are loved and stimulated there, because when we come back from a trip, they're happy to see us, but don't act like it's an emergency, they're not depressed, or panicked to get out of there. Dogs don't lie!
