Was here a few months ago and got a pastrami sandwich. The meat was warm on the edges but still frozen in the middle. When I asked her to warm it up more since it was frozen, she microwaved the entire sandwich. This made it extremely soggy, so I asked her to remake it to which she said “Clearly this isn’t going to work so why don’t you just get another sandwich?” I said no, I paid for a pastrami sandwich not a microwaved soggy mess and got my money back which she was very angry about.

I go here a few times a week. Its always so much fun to stop in and chat it up with the staff. Excellent store with everything you need!

Based on the prior reviews I must have caught them on an off (August 20th) day. I ordered the Honey I'M Home sandwich and after a few minutes the young man preparing the sandwiches told me he did not have one of the ingredients. I told it was not a problem and to give me the The Happy Cappy sandwich instead. Again he spent minutes checking the deli case, conferring with a more seasoned employee before advising me they were out of capicola. Once again I told him not a problem, though clearly there was, and to just give me whatever ham they had. My wife and I eventually shared the sandwich on an outside picnic table and both agreed it was too dry and would have been better with an oil/vinegar mixture rather than mustard.

Stopped by again yesterday (8/8/23). Ordered my "go to"..."Some Like It Hot". That's an overstuffed extra lean Corned Beef on a hard roll. Definitely did not disappoint!

LOVE this place!! They quite literally have exactly what I need every single time I go there... celery, chili powder, cream cheese, ravioli, soda, chips, last minute dinner, etc.... they have it all and their food is delish!Their sandwiches are great of course. But their preparaed foods are really better than most local restaurants! The lasanga was a huge it! Two meals for me : ) I've also had the chicken burrito, shepards pie and pulled pork... all done very well. Fresh, seasonsed well, not over done... just right!Must stop while in the area!

The person making the sandwich is the big ugly lady was disgusting towards me I asked to change the bread twice and she flipped out then I asked her for mayonnaise and she said we don’t have any and then she said it’s in the basket and there was no mail there and she threw me a packet of mayonnaise and it felt to my feet on the ground customer saw this one of her friends was hanging out by the deli Shatner up and she was absolutely disgusting to me there’s no reason for that she’s gotta find another job there’s no way she should be in a position she was rude and crude to me never going there again

My truck broke down this morning.I’ve driven past Krausers for twenty years without ever stopping in there. I told them my predicament. They very nicely offered without hesitation to give me a ride home?Then they offeed me a coffee?Folks like are very hard to find. I was blown away by their generosity! I was looking for diesel anti-gel there. They had every but that? They had a good steady crowd going in for hot sandwiches & coffee. Definitely a local favorite.Next time I’m driving by & I need something I’m deffinately pulling in!Thabk you Krausers! ??
