I love Dean Autoworks. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I drove in there yesterday when my tire pressure light went on. As busy as they were they checked my tires and found a leak in a valve. They repaired the tire and I was on my way in less than an hour. They're the best.

They are friendly, professional and working with the customer to best meet their needs. The vehicle is given a safety check that provides the owner with confidence that their vehicle will to provide reliable high performance.

If you’re smart and a tow truck pulls up from this company refuse their service. They stole several items out of my car the morning after I had crashed and pretended they knew nothing about it. Gave me my camera back with all of the pictures deleted but I recovered the photos and was able to figure out who they were covering for, Sucks when the person you steal from is more intuitive then you. (Still missing bartending equipment, a BB gun, and the accessories to said BB gun)

I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve the recognition.On our way down from VA to MA, we drove through some bad flash flooding and ended up with the panel under the engine detached and dragging. We stopped by at a place that was closest to our location and they were terrible, wouldn't even look at the car after I explained that we just drove for 8 hrs and were stuck there.A quick Google search landed us at Dean Autoworks. These guys were AMAZING!!! Helped us out, got us out of the rain, fixed the car, insisted we get some coffee and hit the restroom before we hit the road again (we had another hour and a half ahead of us). The price for the repair was extremely reasonable and everyone was beyond helpful and friendly. My only wish is that they could all move and set up shop where we live so I can have a trusted auto repair shop any time I need it! I honestly couldn't recommend this place more!

$3000 to replace a catalytic converter? I'm not a mechanic but that just seems unrealistic. I don't like to leave negative reviews but I am not a happy customer.
