I needed help in setting up my X email on my phone. Luckily, I was assisted by Catherine. She not only installed it, but she gave me tips on using it and improved the visual settings. Most important, she was patient and understanding of my lack of skill while remaining professional.

This store is great! I am so happy that there is a location so close to me. I was having an issue with my modem and had no wifi. Customer service suggested I bring my modem into the store to switch out. I was in the store maybe 10 minutes. Excellent customer service and I left with my new modem. I think I worked with the manager she was so personable and made the process easy. Thank you!!

Day 1 upgrade Rachel helped me Wonderful person excellent serviceDay 2 Returned old equipment Raj helped Very understanding especially since I was 1 piece short He was very understanding.Went home double checked found piece I forgot brought it right back. Everything is all set Have all need for upgrade All set. Everything returned all set. Thank you Rachel and Raj.

I went into the store to get a new HDMI cable bc my cat chewed though mine. The people were so helpful, making sure I was getting every discount I could. It was so much better than having to drive to Waterbury. When I can I will be switching my cell phone service over as well.

Had the pleasure of working with Raj and Rachel to switch to Xfinity and get new phones for myself and my wife. The process was smooth and actually a great experience. I've never had such an easy time getting a new phone.
