I can’t say enough good things about the staff here, Joe the manager is absolute excellent, got me to switch from AT&T and the customer service he gave me was excellent, I recommend this store 100x over!

I went to Verizon because I had a problem with my phone and I just couldn’t figure it out. My screen kept freezing on me and I couldn’t get into my phone. Thankfully a young worker named Jessica was able to help me out. I’m a little slow when it comes to technology and kept asking questions. She was very patient with me and walked me through everything, making sure I understood what she was saying. This lady was the most sweetest ever and I just had to leave a review for her. You don’t find help this good nowadays.
