I saw some chairs online and was able to pick them up a couple days later. Everyone was very nice, friendly and helpful! I will definitely go again.

Attempted to show me a bench vise via Facebook marketplace, we agreed upon a price. When I arrived 30 minutes later, they no longer had the item and tried to sell me a different bench vise. The vise they try to sell me was smaller with bench adjustment pins. I offered him bus money, and he refused. Wasting my time, don't waste yours.

After driving by on numerous occasions while working, I finally was able to make it here on the weekend and look around a little. There is certainly a lot of trash that is dumpster worthy, but if you look around enough, you might even find items worth buying and taking home with you.In the end, we did find a couple of items. Some stuff was priced a little high, but then again, you aren’t being forced to buy anything. With this type of place, you never know what you might find here… worth looking around.

A large, almost overwhelming store. This business offers a variety of things and even has a whole separate area for larger items and furniture. They have a decent selection of books and movies and a great selection of household goods. Don't worry if you can't make it here. They also have an eBay store. Unfortunately, their prices reflected this. A few times, I picked up an item and had one of those "Really?" moments. A fun place to browse but nothing came home with me.

The amount of different things there means you definitely won’t leave buying everything you want. I don’t usually have a big enough car with me to take it all.

Let me start by saying that I completely understand that any business person can ask whatever price they want on their own merchandise. It's a free country. I have driven past this place many times, and being interested in antiques, I finally decided to stop and take a look around. Lots of junk that although it will never sell, is ridiculously overpriced. I saw a old beat up 4-stack barrister bookcase that was missing knobs, had peeling (delaminated) wood on the back, some deep gouges in the damaged finish, and a poor overall look to the finish. It was obvious by its location in the store that it has been there for quite awhile. I figured that it could be a "project" for me, and asked the owner for the price. He came back around to where it was located, and without even looking at me (he apparently had no intent of actually doing any business) mumbled "$1300...it's a barrister bookcase" then turned around and walked away. I have been to antique shops and fairs/markets all around New England and know that in better condition, the item would only sell for half of that price. Ridiculous! Store had a $1 table full of items that had "original price tags" on them that could only have been put there to "convince" people that they were getting a deal. Would you pay $1 for a dusty old pack of brown paper lunch bags...oh wait, they were originally marked at $3.99! I must be getting a good deal! When prices are that far from reality, and an owner apparently disinterested actually conversing with a customer, there is not any point of even trying to purchase anything at this "Antiques and Salvage shop". Don't waste your time here! By the way, upon leaving the premises, I got the privilege of reading a 2 to 3-foot sign on the exit door that expresses the owner's contempt for political correctness, and his thoughts on the subject. Thanks for the lesson! Enough said....

There seams to be a Theme with this business and their ratings they are getting. Went in to look around and when I found a Luggage bag that I was interested In purchasing , mind you there way a price tag above the Luggage area that said $9.98 for large soft case . Then when I went to the front to make my purchase they told me that it was starting at that price and that it would be $50 . After hearing that I could tell that it would be hard to find any type of deal on something I might be interested in , so I left . I'm not sure on the market out here for used dusty old luggage, but it must be good seeing that that have a over stock of it and are asking crazy prices . I will leave anyone this that is reading this review, "There is always another deal" that same day I walked in to goodwill and found a wonderful large Victorinox bag in great Condition and not all dusty all for $14.99 Wow! Sometimes it's better to move Product rather than try to get over retail .
