I booked an appointment and went there, still they say they are busy and asked me to come after 4days. But I don’t understand why they given me a slot in the first place, waste of time, fuel everything.

I was looking for a auto shop/mechanic to do some work I needed and a friend told me about Kevin at Munro … the rest is history… I had a GREAT experience and the work was reasonably priced and performed in a timely manner!
I will def return for any future auto needs! Thank you Kevin for making our first meeting and interaction a PLEASANT experience!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went to this place yesterday. I normally go to Valvoline but my Groupon was acting up .went here and as I was going home after they were done was driving weird..as I drove more noticed my brake pedals not braking all the way. This morning go to drive my car and the brake light goes on..went to see ana all of sudden my brake fluid is completely empty like I never had any.
I am saying be careful with this place.

Omg I cannot not say enough great things about this place. I came in at the end of the day and I can see the staff getting ready to go and Augie who is the assistant manager was so amazing. Instead of making me come back, he put my safety first and asked his guy to stay to fix a tire for me and you can tell the type of relationship he has with his team because his guy stayed and I got my tire fixed. Not only do they do quality work but they are friendly and I always feel so safe bringing my cars here. They are the only place I come to. Thank you so much Augie!!!!!! I’ll recommend you guys to everyone!

Within a week of getting my car back it broke down! They had my car for 5 days and every day I called to check on it they asked me what the problem was and said they hadn't gotten to it yet. Brought it in for some problems and electrical issues and was told to bring it in on a certain day for the electrical issue and that was never touched. After a $1576 charge for an exhaust I didn't know I needed I left the shop w my car. Within a week my car broke down and needs a new starter, someone found the electric problem cause in 5 minutes, and the car itself had ZERO oil in it (not the reason it broke down and no the light wasn't on but the shop should've at least checked the oil???) I do not recommend at all 0/10

First time going to this location to service my girlfriend’s car. Great experience, Augie greeted us and took care of our needs as soon as possible. He is very knowledgeable, he was able to figure out the issue with the car. We will definitely be going back in the future.

Staff was great and friendly. Helped me get my car back on the road over a holiday weekend. Augie kept it very straightforward with what needed to be fixed and the cost and handled it quick

I wanted to commend Augie and his staff at Monroe on their efficient, easy, and quick service I received today. I made an appointment to have my brakes and oil changed today and Augie greeted me instantaneously and got my vehicle quickly in for the scheduled service. They were busy and they still managed to provide exceptional customer service at an affordable rate and got my vehicle ready to go. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle there for a scheduled service. Augie and his team were GREAT !

The online system is pointless! This is the 2nd time I booked through the online system and staff didn’t receive it but I got a confirmation. Also your oil change pricing is ridiculous I will be going back to the dealer ship for my oil changes since they charge 1/2 the price for the same service. Besides that the staff was amazing.

Saved my butt! Monroe Tire is the best. My car had a flat on Sunday. Every other tire shop is closed. I’m leaving for vacation at 6am tomorrow. Can’t wait. Monroe was the only place open. I called, they said come on over. Augie was amazing! He spotted a razor in my tire in 10 seconds. Went and found another one in stock. Price was reasonable. He replaced the tire and I was on the road in about 30 minutes. Unbelievably helpful. Augie rocks!

Had an oil change and tune up. All went well. Staff thorough, respectful.
